Location
The 60-acre farm is located in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty of the High Weald, 5 miles from the historic 1066 town of Battle and the sea at Bexhill. The ports of Dover, Newhaven, Gatwick and Heathrow are all within 2 hours travel, as is the capital, London.
In the Parish of Ashburnham the Highland Centre takes its named from Brownbread Street where there is also the Ash Tree pub. There are many B&B's within a couple of miles and hotels in nearby towns.
The grass farm has one of the highest numbers of flora & fauna species for any Wealden meadow farm and the grazing and hay is considered a significant factor in the success and health of the Stud.
Films & Weddings
Films & Photoshoots: 
The 50-acre grass farm, complete with traditional windmill, indoor heated pool, fantastic views and ample parking is available as a location for film & photoshoots. With undulating, unspoilt countryside, mature oaks, ponds and horses on site the Centre has been the site for many historical documentaries and photoshoots.
The typical English country pub just 200 metres down the road makes a welcome break during filming and there are ample B&B's and hotels locally for overnight stays. Site visit recommended. Fees by arrangement.
Wedding Receptions:
The main lawn provides a fine setting with distant views to sunset and accommodates a marquee for 150 guests. The indoor heated pool could be available and pony rides, croquet and other attractions can be arranged.
A white horse and carriage is a popular choice to travel to & fro the local church. Photo's of receptions available and visit recommended. Location fee £1,000.
